Request your registration and passwords
Fill in your data to create a secure login password to your Digital Banking service. Follow the steps we set out and we will create your username.
Sign your digital registration
Lastly, you will have to sign the service registration contract¹. Once it has been signed, you will be able to log in to your Digital Banking service and start managing your products, query your movement, etc. It's very easy, it's very much like you!
Whenever we write you an e-mail, we will do so from direcciones@unicaja.es. Before opening an e-mail, check the sender and make sure it is us.
At Unicaja we will never ask you for your confidential data through phone calls, SMS or e-mails. Avoid disclosing your account, card or mobile phone numbers, your username, password or PIN to whoever may ask you for them by telephone or e-mail.
Always check that the links you are browsing through belong to www.unicajabanco.es and avoid clicking on other links you may receive by SMS or e-mail.

The contract must be signed on the same day as we place it at your disposal on the signature platform, otherwise the subscription process will expire.
The Institution will store the electronic document through which the contract is entered into, which can be accessed on the Digital Banking service in the "Consult Contract" section, which is available in My Area / My Signed Documents. The contract will be entered into in Spanish.
