Mandated collection system
Your collection becomes effective upon direct debit instruction from your debtors.
A euro collection system between individual or company bank accounts, valid throughout the SEPA area.
Requirements:
Up to 8 weeks at the request of the customer debtor for any reason.
Up to 13 months for unauthorised payments (by instruction of the customer).
A euro collection system between company and/or self-employed individuals (non-consumers) bank accounts, valid throughout the SEPA area. Unlike the CORE basic debit, it has a reduced return period.

To take out the SEPA Direct Debit, visit any of our Unicaja branches, where we will be happy to help you.
If you prefer, you can also apply for the SEPA Direct Debit by filling out the application form and indicating at which branch you'd like to process it. We will contact you shortly.
