GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE WEB FILE MANAGER (CUADERNOS) SERVICE
The reading and acceptance of the following general conditions is essential for using the Web File Manager Service, which is also subject to the provisions of the contract to sign up to Unicaja remote services.
The Web File Manager Service is a computer application that allows the contract holder and, where appropriate, the user authorised by the holder, to generate remittance files in formats from the Spanish Banking Board (SBB File Managers). These files will be downloaded to the customer's computer and from there, they can be sent to Unicaja through the Remittance Service.
The authorised user may contract this service on behalf of the holder, as well as access the application to create, modify or delete the details related to the SBB File Managers and obtain the corresponding files.
Unicaja guarantees the safekeeping of the data entered through the application, applying the highest security, confidentiality and recovery criteria to them. Unicaja accepts no liability for the use by the holder or authorised user of the data entered through the application, whose sole purpose is to facilitate the generation of files in SBB format for their subsequent transmission through the Unicaja Remittance Service.
Registering for the service and the subsequent use of the computer application are free, including the storage of the data in the Unicaja servers. Unicaja may modify the financial conditions of the Web File Manager service. The modification of the financial conditions will be notified to the holder sufficiently in advance, and they will have a period of fifteen days from the date of communication within which to terminate this provision of the service, the financial conditions in force up until that time. If this period elapses and the holder has not declared their objection, this will imply their full acceptance of the new financial conditions
The Web File Manager Service is provided indefinitely. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship at any time by giving fifteen days' notice to the other party. Likewise, failure to comply with the obligations corresponding to each party will also be grounds for termination.
The personal data provided when registering for the Web File Manager Service are appropriate and relevant for drawing up and maintaining the relationship established between the parties, being incorporated into a computerised file owned by Unicaja, which is responsible for this file and its processing. The holder gives their consent to the automated processing of their personal data and their use in order to manage this contractual relationship, as well as its processing for advertising and commercial research purposes, being retained until the actions deriving from the contract or operation in question have taken place.
The holder also authorises Unicaja to assign these personal data to the companies from its Financial Group, whose involvement is necessary to meet the purposes agreed in this contract, and is likewise informed of the option to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection over their personal data, through Unicaja's Customer Service Department (located in Avda.
