Fonduero VIII, Pension Fund administrative authorisation revocation resolution

Pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article 15(3) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2002 of 29 November approving the consolidated text of the Pension Plan and Fund Governing Act, the resolution on the winding up and liquidation of the Fonduero VIII, Pension Plan is hereby published, which was adopted on July 11, 2023 by the Management Entity Unión del Duero, Compañía de Seguros de Vida, S.A. and its Depositary Entity Cecabank, S.A., due to the absence of integrated pension plans in said pension fund.

Fonduero VI, Pension Fund administrative authorisation revocation resolution

Pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article 15(3) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2002 of 29 November approving the consolidated text of the Pension Plan and Fund Governing Act, the resolution on the winding up and liquidation of the Fonduero VI, Pension Plan is hereby published, which was adopted on January 24, 2024 by the Management Entity Unión del Duero, Compañía de Seguros de Vida, S.A.U. and its Depositary Entity Cecabank, S.A., due to the absence of integrated pension plans in said pension fund.

Fonduero XI, Pension Fund administrative authorisation revocation resolution

Pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article 15(3) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2002 of 29 November approving the consolidated text of the Pension Plan and Fund Governing Act, the resolution on the winding up and liquidation of the Fonduero XI, Pension Plan is hereby published, which was adopted on January 24, 2024 by the Management Entity Unión del Duero, Compañía de Seguros de Vida, S.A.U. and its Depositary Entity Cecabank, S.A., due to the absence of integrated pension plans in said pension fund.
