Requirements of the Zero Plan

Either of the two options (Option 1 / Option 2) must be fully fulfilled in order to be able to benefit from the Zero Plan's fee exemption programme.

 

OPTION 1

 

Basic requirements (must be fulfilled simultaneously):

  • Salary/Pension/Unemployment benefit deposited directly into the account monthly for a net amount equivalent to or greater than €600/month or recurrent income* equivalent to or greater than €7,200 in the last 12 months with a monthly deposit in at least 6 of the last 12 months.
  • Consumption on debit or credit cards or purchases in electronic stores through Bizum® C2eR for an amount equivalent to or greater than €1,200 per year or at least two transactions per month (consult the kind of transactions taken into account to calculate consumption in the Individual Zero Plan's terms). For customers aged 75 or older, the use of a card/Bizum is not required.

 

Optional requirements (at least one of which must be fulfilled):

  • Balances having a total amount equivalent to or greater than €6,000 in the current accounts, term deposits, investment funds (including Discretionary Portfolio Management), pension plans and saving insurance subscribed through Unicaja or brokered by it of which the customer is the holder.
  • Having taken out from the institution one or several different savings insurance policies** subscribed through Unicaja or brokered by it of which the customer is the holder (as envisaged in the preceding option) and the sum of said policies' paid premiums being equivalent to or greater than €100.

 

OPTION 2

 

Basic requirement:

  • Balances having a total amount equivalent to or greater than €20,000 in current accounts, investment funds (including Discretionary Investment Portfolio Management), pension plans and savings insurance of which the customer is the holder.

 

Optional requirements (at least one of which must be fulfilled):

  • Consumption on debit or credit cards or purchases in electronic stores through Bizum® C2eR for an amount equivalent to or greater than €1,200 per year or at least two transactions per month (consult the kind of transactions taken into account to calculate consumption in the Individual Zero Plan's terms).
  • Having taken out from the institution one or several different savings insurance policies** subscribed through Unicaja or brokered by it of which the customer is the holder (as envisaged as a basic requirement) and the sum of said policies' paid premiums being equivalent to or greater than €100.
