CODE OF GOOD PRACTICE
Unicaja Banco S.A. adheres to the following codes:
- To the Dode of Good Practice regulated in Royal Decree-Law 6/2012, of March 9, for urgent measures to protect mortgage debtors with no resources and also to the successive versions that have been given since its initial publication, being the last of these is included in Royal Decree-Law 19/2022, of November 22.
- To the Code of Good Practices for mortgage debtors at risk of vulnerability, established in Royal Decree-Law 19/2022, of November 22, which establishes this Code of Good Practices to alleviate the rise in interest rates Royal Decree-Law 6/2012, of March 9, is amended and other structural measures are adopted to improve the mortgage loan market in mortgage loans for primary residences.
