MORTGAGE LOAN ACCESS GUIDE
The mortgage loan access guide contains all the information you need to take out a loan for the purchase of a home. It addresses conceptual and practical aspects that will be of interest to you for decision making as well as for consultation during the life cycle of the loan.
Its preparation was entrusted to the Bank of Spain in accordance with Article 20 of Order EHA/2899/2011 of 28 October 2011, on financial service transparency and customer protection. The guide is part of the actions aimed at promoting the financial education of consumers and improving transparency in their relations with institutions.
